1.2 International Shipping: We offer international shipping. Its cost of £19.99 per item.

2.1 Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be longer.
2.2 Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. This email will include your order number and a summary of your purchase.

3.1 Standard Shipping: Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery within the UK.
3.2 Express Shipping: Express shipping options are available for an additional fee. Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
4.1 Standard Shipping: Standard shipping is free for orders over £70. For orders under £70, rate of £3.90 for 2-3 days tracked Royal Mail Service or 2 days DPD tracked service applies.
4.2 Express Shipping: The cost for express shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order.
5. Order Tracking
5.1 Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
6. Delivery Issues
6.1 Lost or Stolen Packages: Ixami is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier for assistance.
6.2 Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at ixamiltd@gmail.com or 07436969971.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
7.1 Reporting Damage: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ixamiltd@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
8. Shipping Restrictions
8.1 PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
8.2 Hazardous Materials: Certain products may be classified as hazardous materials and may be subject to shipping restrictions.
